Customer Feedback

Wayne rebuilt my deck and added a pergola with porch swing. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the quality of work; I will be out here all summer long. He is clearly someone who takes incredible pride in his craft and makes sure all the details are just right. I interviewed several contractors and deck services for this job, and Wayne was the most thorough and fair. Unlike other services which took five minutes to look at the deck (some didn't even come out) and give me an outrageous quote, Wayne took his time to answer all my questions and work within my budget. He was always kind, respectful, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. As a new homeowner, I will most definitely be using him again for projects in the future. He's a gem of a person who will be straightforward and fair, which is often hard to come by in contractors. I recommend him to anyone in the Chattanooga area and wish I could give him even more than five stars!

I'm very happy with the work provided by WL Improvement. Wayne was professional and courteous throughout the duration of the project. And the finished work is spectacular. I reached out to WL Improvement for estimates on handrail and porch rail installation that was required to pass a VA inspection while under contract on my home. This was a time sensitive project due to closing on the home the following week. Wayne was able to work this into his schedule and provide immediate service. I am very pleased with the job and would highly recommend this company for your home improvement needs.

Wayne was absolutely incredible! He provided same day service when I was distressed over my Fire Detector Alert System having gone down. Came to me as promised and on time and would not leave me until the job was completed! So dedicated that he stayed over for a long time to make sure that the chirping was over with! Very dedicated pro who is a tremendous person and will do all what it takes to ensure repair. Wayne will be my go to for any future troubles ! Highest recommendation !!!

Wayne installed a TV for us. He was on time, efficient, and we enjoyed working with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with everything. We would highly recommend him!

Integrity and fairness are qualities that seem to be getting harder to find now days. A man of good character and affordability. I’m a pretty critical guy with high standards and I’ve had only pleasant experiences with Wayne. He offers a unique balance of professionalism and good ol’ boy. He has completed several small and large projects for me over the past couple of years and is always attentive to my needs and preferences. He’s very humble and self aware in regards to his abilities and quick to make adjustments or assume fault when warranted. If something isn’t up to par, he makes the correction before you have to ask. Best of all, he tries to be budget friendly with his clients, maintaining an old school approach to business which I strongly prefer. Give him a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

The job took a little longer than expected due to inclement weather, but Wayne worked even in the snow some days. Whenever I pointed out something that needed to be corrected or that I wanted changed it was done without complaint or hesitation. I definitely received good value for the cost. I highly recommend WL Home Improvement.

His work was excellent and he paid attention to details needed for specific conditions regarding my deck. My husband had just had bilateral knee replacement and Wayne needed to take precautions for the difficultty my husband would have in the short run on going down steps. Will use Wayne again!.

We were very pleased with Wayne’s masterful craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail on our large deck and dock gate. Wayne really took care of us in that he was very responsive and did everything that we asked him to do down to every detail. Our deck looks amazing and was for a fair price. Thank you Wayne.

WL Home Improvement did an exceptional job for me. His work ethic and pride in his work so impressive. I will continue to use him for all my home projects and recommend his services to anyone needing repairs.
